We are pleased to say that 36 residents and 37 staff have now had their first dose of the vaccine. I am sure you will agree that this is a huge step forward. The vaccine helps to build up immunity to the virus, so your body will fight it off more easily if it affects you, if you do get COVID-19 it can make the symptoms milder.
