  • The Social Care Commitment - Quality People, Quality Care

    The Social Care Commitment is the sector's promise to provide people who need care and support with high quality services.
    By signing up to the commitment we are pledging to continually strive to deliver high quality care, invest in our staff and ensure the public can have confidence in the care and support we offer.

    All 37 members of staff at Mary and Joseph House have signed up to this commitment and we have been awarded a certificate of commitment by Alistair Burt,
    Minister of State for Community and Social care.

  • North West in Bloom Level 5: Outstanding 2014

    Judged on Horticultural Excellence, Community Involvement and Environmental Friendliness our second entry achieved Level 5, equivalent to a gold medal.

  • RHS Flower Show Tatton Park Gold Medal & Best in Show 2013

    Building on our previous successes, our flowerbed attained the highest possible accolade at the Royal Horticultural Society Tatton Park Flower Show.

  • Certificate of Recognition for Investors in People Standard 2015

  • Manchester City Council Bio-diversity Hot Spot Award 2012

  • Manchester Dignity in Care Award 2011

    We were awarded a Dignity in Care award after demonstrating the significance of maximising our residents' independence and choice, whilst respecting and maintaining privacy and dignity at all times.
