Residents and staff enjoyed a taste of the Caribbean, back by popular demand big Earl (Assistant Manager) and our wonderful Catering Team treated us all to Earls famous Jerk Chicken and his secret recipe Salsa. The atmosphere was superb and reggae music got all our toes tapping
It was a beautifully warm and sunny Easter weekend and we marked Good Friday with a lovely service in the garden Residents and staff gathered around the wooden cross and during the service readings and a poem were delivered
