We are thrilled to announce that four of our talented residents have been selected to have their artwork displayed in the ‘Manchester Open 2022’ exhibition at HOME Gallery, in Manchester city centre. From January to March 2022, the HOME Gallery walls will be filled with work from 400+ Greater Manchester residents, selected by a panel consisting of art experts and community representatives. There was a staggering 2,271 artwork entries for the exhibition, only 1 in 5 entries were selected, meaning that this is an incredible accomplishment for our residents. This is the second time residents from Mary & Joseph House have been successful with their applications to the ‘Manchester Open’. HOME Gallery A huge congratulation to Alan Timpson, Ernest Astin, John Lawanson and Malcolm Slate on their success, and we can’t wait to see their work on display.
