From the 23rd to the 27th June 2025 it was Activities Week at Mary and Joseph House.
FLIGHT CLUB – During activity week our residents enjoyed lunch out and a competitive game of interactive darts at flight club in Manchester.
QUARRY BANK MILL – Stepping back in time to the industrial revolution and taking a tour of their mills and various gardens.
BLACKPOOL PLEASURE BEACH – During activity week we took a trip to Blackpool pleasure beach and the pier. After an adrenaline fuelled afternoon at the pleasure beach we had a relaxing time on the pier and arcades.
BOWLING – We took a trip to Ashton to enjoy an afternoon of bowling and air hockey!
NATIONAL PORTRATE GALLERY – We took a trip to the untold stories exhibition in collaboration with the National portrait gallery.
KNOWSLEY SAFARI PARK – We visited Knowsley safari Park, getting close and personal to all of the animal kingdom.
IN-HOUSE CASINO – we invited a mobile casino to bring Vegas to our residents at Mary & Joseph house! We enjoyed an afternoon of Blackjack and roulette.
